I also lead the Drug Discovery by Systems Biology Group at the Institute of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence of China Pharmaceutical University (CPU) in Nanjing (China) and I am Bioinformatics and Systems Genetics Theme Leader for the Institute of Molecular and Translational Cardiology (IMTC) in Milan (Italy) for the study of Brugada Syndrome and Sudden Death

We study the genetic regulation of molecular pathways and gene networks that drive human disease, and use computational Systems Biology and integrative genomics approaches to identify new drug targets, which we follow up in the lab using preclinical disease models
